Meet Thomas

I’m born and raised in Staten Island. I grew up in Richmond Town then Oakwood and now live in New Dorp. Since my college years, I have always had a passion for marketing. College of Staten Island School of Business with a Marketing Degree. I’ve always had a passion for marketing and was President of College of Staten Island Marketing Club. I believe integrity and honesty is the only way to do business.

I have family in Real Estate. My great grandfather began buying property in Bay Ridge during the Great Depression. My grandfather has worked for the Lewis Company In Brooklyn for many years, to this very day. My father is a Real estate broker and has an office in Bay Ridge - Bill Hionas Real Estate and Property Management company. I wanted to follow in my family’s footsteps here on Staten Island.
