Meet Dawn

I made the leap into real estate once I went through the arduous process of buying a home myself here in Staten Island. The lessons I learned taught me to get through procedures and spot problems before they happen. As an agent, I look out for my clients to save them the pain and stress I went through.

I am originally from Hong Kong and have lived in the US for 20 years. I’ve lived in New Jersey, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. In Hong Kong, I owned a wholesale/retail company. This customer facing experience gained at my company prepared me for working with different people in real estate as well.

Currently I live in Oakwood with my husband and son. I love running into my clients while out running errands because it feels like bumping into an old friend. I find the people in Staten Island to be very friendly. I enjoy the nature and environment here, particularly gardening in my backyard which keeps me grounded, peaceful and helps me think.
