Meet Anthony

Prior to becoming part owner of Prodigy Real Estate, Mr. Licciardello worked at two Staten Island brokerages, where he was a top-producing and award-winning REALTOR®. In 2010, he generated over $15 million in home sales — his third consecutive year producing 100% year-over-year growth. Across his career, Mr. Licciardello has brokered over 5,000 homes throughout New York and New Jersey.

That same year, he was recognized as the top REALTOR® blogger in the country, the second straight year he earned the distinction. His columns on buying and selling homes were syndicated nationally on Realtor.com, and his work has been featured in major outlets including The New York Times, AM New York, and The Real Deal.

From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Licciardello ran a real estate website that became the second-highest agency by transaction volume on Staten Island, helping to revolutionize the digital era of local real estate. In 2013 and 2014, he served on the Board of Directors of both the Staten Island Multiple Listing Service and the Staten Island Board of Realtors.

Mr. Licciardello also served as Director of Community Affairs in Michael Bloomberg’s first administration. Drawing on his deep knowledge of Staten Island’s communities, he was appointed to Staten Island’s Growth Management Task Force, charged with making recommendations on zoning and land use, sustainability, and responsible community growth. He is also an FAA-certified Part 107 remote pilot — the credential behind The Prodigy Team’s in-house 4K aerial and cinematic property video.

Building The Prodigy Team

Launching and growing a brokerage in today’s market demands more than tradition — it requires technology at the core of everything we do. The overwhelming majority of buyers now begin their search online, and that share keeps climbing. By investing in research, development, and best-in-class vendors, we’ve built one of the most sophisticated real estate digital presences in our markets — spanning in-house 4K cinematic video, hyperlocal market content, and a 25,000-member NY/NJ/FL relocation community.

We look forward to serving all your real estate needs.
